I know I can send the cluster to have it deleted, then tape over the light. This seems to be the route most folks go. I also read, quite some time back, and not on this forum, about just replacing the immo antenna/pick up coil, but cant seem to find that part available anywhere. Then I came across a video from the UK about a similar issue, and it was the solder joints on the CAN-BUS connector on the cluster. What Im trying to find out is, Ive read there is a solder connection somewhere that needs to be repaired most times, but the fellow that started that thread never updated it with a procedure or a location.
